Designed to help you reach your weight loss or maintenance goals without sacrificing taste, our meals offer 350–550 calories per serving, with 25–35g of lean protein, 20–50g of complex carbs, and 10–25g of healthy fats. We focus on fiber-rich ingredients like brown rice and veggies to keep you full longer and reduce cravings.
Sample dishes include Turkey Meatballs with Zucchini Noodles & Marinara, Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Vegetables, and Lean beef Stir-Fry with Brown Rice. Perfectly portioned and nutrient-dense, these meals help you burn fat and preserve lean muscle with every bite.

Muscle-Gain Plans
Looking to gain strength and size? Our muscle gain meals are built to fuel intense workouts and support recovery, with 500–750 calories per meal, including 40–70g of high-quality protein, 40–50g of complex carbs, and 15–30g of healthy fats. We use whole grains, sweet potatoes, quinoa, and legumes to provide clean, sustained energy.
